In his 20s, founder Michael answered adventure's call and backpacked around the world before settling down in Japan. There, he worked at a German restaurant in Ginza but it was themed parties that he used to host in the guest house he lived at which inspired this beer aficionado to open Brauhaus upon his return to Singapore.
